Webinar registration information
We collect the details you submit, including contact, age, education or profession, attendee and family information, questions, consent, and technical information such as the submission IP address.
How we use it
We use this information to reserve seats, send webinar access and reminders, operate the session, respond to questions, prevent abuse, and maintain an operational record of registrations.
Who processes it
Authorized CK Global Academy staff can access registration records. Hosting, database, and email service providers process information as needed to operate the service.
Retention and choices
Registration records are reviewed for deletion after 365 days unless they must be retained longer for an operational or legal reason. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop non-essential updates.
